Professional Standards Committee

The purpose of this Committee is to encourage and facilitate the establishment, maintenance and improvement of good practice in all aspects of anaesthesia, including pain management and critical care. The Committee will be concerned with quality improvement matters that arise within the College, with particular reference to clinical audit, clinical effectiveness, clinical guideline development, and the integration of any such areas into proposals from the Joint Committee on Good Practice (JCGP) and revalidation.
