Are you a medical student or foundation year doctor and considering a career in anaesthesia? The RCoA is holding a half-day information session for those who want to find out more about the specialty. This day will focus on the general aspects of a career in anaesthesia, providing an insight into life as a trainee and consultant anaesthetist. There will be opportunities to ask questions throughout the day.

Sessions will include
• life as an anaesthetic trainee
• intensive care medicine
• pre-hospital medicine
• ACCS anaesthetics
• recruitment and application processes
• the future of anaesthesia and the skills required
