Feedback from the Regions

Following on from the success of the “Feedback from the Regions” component of the 2018 College Tutors Meeting in Leeds we would like to repeat this session but this year we would like to ask for feedback direct from College Tutors. The intention of the session will be to share best practice and provide transferrable solutions to some of the specific local challenges each hospital and College Tutor faces.

We would like to invite College Tutors to submit a short abstract (approx.100 words) outlining any areas of good practice that they have been involved in developing locally or any local challenges that they are facing/solving that they would like to share with the wider College Tutor and training community. The Lead College Tutors and representatives of the Training committee will select five or six of these for a 10-minute presentation on 14th June.

Please submit responses to Karen Morris kmorris@rcoa.ac.uk by Thursday 25 April

Poster Competition

Trainees are invited to submit an abstract for a poster display at the RCoA College Tutors Meeting. The abstract should be related to training and should conform to the guidelines

The authors of the best abstracts will be invited to submit a poster for display at the meeting, and the authors of the three best abstracts will be invited to present their work in person during a plenary session at this national meeting. The best overall presentation will be awarded a prize, and their abstracts will be published in the College Bulletin.

Abstract deadline is Monday 8th April 2019

If you need any further information please do not hesitate to contact Karen Morris by email kmorris@rcoa.ac.uk
