The Regional CPD Day at the College tomorrow (19 March 2018) will be going ahead as planned. We are monitoring the weather forecast and will update this webpage if the situation changes. We look forward to welcoming all delegates tomorrow.

Explore the pros and cons of regional anaesthesia and take an in-depth look at the latest research. Is regional anaesthesia always the best option or could you be putting your patients at unnecessary risk?

Experts will present current thinking and best practice in common applications of regional anaesthesia and explore more specialist topics such as treating malignant patients, the role of regional anaesthesia in paediatrics and the incorporation of block rooms within the operating theatre itself.

Join us to debate the issues around perioperative medicine and learn how best to implement it in your practice from the pioneers driving the change.

Clinical topics include:

  • Catheter techniques
  • Ultrasound and neuraxial blocks
  • Regional anaesthesia in paediatric practice
  • Abdominal surgery

Please view the programme to see all the engaging lectures taking place on the day.
