Over the past years the role of College Tutor has undergone major changes and the College has recognised the need for an induction programme to welcome and educate newly appointed Tutors.
The new Tutors training programme aims to help newly appointed Tutors to understand their role and responsibilities and how they interact with the College. It will also include discussions and workshops on current training issues; e-Portfolio, Mentoring, and the Trainee in difficulty. In addition there will be an opportunity for Tutors to raise particular issues which may be of concern to them.
The meeting will be held in the College building at Red Lion Square and is scheduled to start at approximately 9.30 am on Thursday, 8 February finish at approximately 5.00 pm on Friday, 9 February 2018.
