RCoA Career Day

Wed, 22/03/2017
Fully booked
Event organiser(s):
Dr Tom Clutton-Brock

The Royal College of Anaesthetists will be holding its annual open day for young people considering a career in medicine or associated subjects (formally known as Sixth Form Open Day).

Alongside lectures, attendees will also have an opportunity to view and interact with a selection of the technology used by anaesthetists. The day is aimed at students who have made their choice of A-level subjects and are considering a career in medicine. However, all students who are interested in attending are most welcome. There is an option to attend a morning or an afternoon session.

There will be a Royal Air Force promotional stand at this event.

Delegate Feedback from previous event:

  • “I found it both very interesting and informative and allowed me not only to find out about the work of anaesthetists but also a chance to learn about an aspect of medicine that is often underpublicised.”
  • “This open day has been different to other medical days I have been to as there were 5 stations so we were kept on our feet and moving.”
