Registration is a two step process:

Step 1:
Please enter your Email Address and press Send Verification Code. You will receive a code from Microsoft.

Step 2:
Please enter the code into the Verification Code box and press Verify Email. You will now be able to complete the remaining fields and press Create Online Account.
