Increasing Diversity Within Anaesthesia

GasReach is an exciting new collaborative project between the Widening Participation Medics Network (WPMN) and the Royal College of Anaesthetists (RCOA) which aims to increase diversity within Anaesthesia. The project will identify and train a pool of mentors to provide advice and support to prospective applicants to our specialty, in the hope of further widening participation in anaesthetics.
