Fran Bright

Interim Director of Membership, Media and Development

Frances Bright (Fran) was appointed Interim Director of Membership, Media and Development in October 2025. She leads the College’s work on membership engagement, marketing and communications, educational content and events.

Fran joined the College in 2022 as Associate Director of Marketing and Communications. Before that, she was Head of Communications at the Nuffield Foundation, leading communications and content strategy as a member of the Executive Board. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
