Thank you for your interest in the Global Fellowship Scheme (GFS).

The GFS is a sponsorship scheme run by the RCoA open to anaesthetists, Intensive Care Medicine and Pain Medicine doctors who work and train in High Income Countries (HICs) to undertake a period of sub-specialty training within the NHS. Successful applicants will be sponsored by the employing Trust (as outlined through immigration rules).

Applicants for GFS posts must upload copies of the following documents when they submit this application form.

1. Full job description

This must include:

Total number of trainee doctors in the department
The study leave allowance – number of days/year and the budget allocated
If a relocation package is offered, how much?
Salary.
