Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is the RCoA's governing body. It meet four times a year and is responsible for the general control and management of the administration of the College.
The role of the Board of Trustees is to manage the College and ensure it is subject to charity law and compliant with rules set out by our regulator the Charity Commission.
The Trustees have responsibility for the College's finances and assets, delivering the charitable objects, developing and implementing the College's strategy, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
There are currently five vacancies for the Board and we will be holding elections from our Elected Council Members to the Board from the 9 March.
