Common queries for Assessors

"Guest assessor - Email in Use". Why are trainees getting this error message when they try to add me as an assessor

Your trainees are seeing this because your email is already registered on the LLP, but you do not have the role of "Assessor" assigned to your LLP account.

Please contact the person you are wishing to add as a guest assessor to send an email to lifelong@rcoa.ac.uk to request that role.

Why can't I access the MSF participant form when I click on the notification invite?

When you receive an email to participate in an MSF, either...
First log in to your LLP account and then click on the link within the email - which will open the MSF form directly, or...
Click on the link within the email, then login when the LLP login page opens, then return to the email and click on the link again - The MSF form should then open for you.
