Stage 1 certificate

This certificate should be used to evidence completion of Stage 1 for ACCS anaesthetists in training in cases where software bugs have made this process not possible in the Lifelong Learning Platform (LLP).
Core anaesthetists in training (non-ACCS) should continue to complete their Stage 1 certificate on LLP.
