Scheduling your exam with TestReach

**Before you decide to book your exam, check you have the necessary items needed to take the test by reviewing the system requirements.

2 - 3 weeks before your exam, you will receive a series of emails about your exam directly from TestReach. These are:

1. New account

This confirms your username and password and asks you to change your password. Please keep your log in details safe as they will be required to take your exam.

2. Enrolment

This provides you with the date and time of your exam and requires you to:

  • download the App - The TestReach app is where you will take the exam.
  • launch the App and login - Once logged in you will not be able to access and other applications or programmes on your computer until you log out of the TestReach app.
  • complete a system check
  • take the test tutorial - we advise you take the test tutorial to familiarise yourself with this format.
  • select a start time for your exam

If you do not select your start time with TestReach at least 3 days in advance of the test, you will not be able to sit the exam. 

3. Schedule confirmation

Once you have confirmed your exam with TestReach, you will receive a confirmation email for your booking, which restates your exam date, exam start time and the time when you should login - your login time is earlier than the start time of your exam.

If you have not received this email, you may not be booked on to the test. Please check that you have selected your test start time by returning to the dashboard in the TestReach app.
